Her experience combines workforce transformation and shared services with acquisitions, divestments, TUPE, leadership development and the people implications of new operating models.

- Led a 700-person Civilian HR shared service supporting the Ministry of Defence’s 70,000 civilian workforce, delivering £8m savings while maintaining service levels.
- Held Group HR Director and executive board roles at Halcrow and Buro Happold, leading international growth, integration, restructuring and shared service transformation.
- Led people, organisation and mobilisation workstreams for major rail bids, and advised local authority-owned commercial businesses on integration, restructuring, TUPE and divestment.
