What Delivery Assurance Means
Delivery Assurance is not programme leadership and it is not PMO support.
Our role is to remain independent of delivery teams and suppliers, providing objective challenge and assurance to sponsors, SROs, and investment boards. We focus on whether programmes are genuinely on track, properly governed, and exposed to unmanaged risk, not on managing delivery day to day.
When Delivery Assurance Is the Right Intervention
Delivery Assurance is most valuable when programmes are already in motion but confidence is weakening.
It is used where senior leaders need an independent, experienced view of delivery health, governance strength, and risk exposure — without changing ownership or taking control of delivery.
